[Jing Yuan was helping with the labour... but he got tired and decided to go flop in the half-finished courtyard instead. He's shirtless, laying on his stomach next to the pond and trailing his fingers in the water to interact with the single sad koi.
The whole family of cats he brought with him are out there, the kittens playing and the mother sleeping in the sun. The all-black kitten is playing with his braid. There are songbirds in the one big tree and along the edges of the eaves, and three of them are perched on Jing Yuan's head and back.
It's warm and comfortable in the sun and he is a happy man who is definitely also stealing glances at the others. Especially the sweaty ones.]

but for those with sensitive noses.. they might catch the scent of prickling musk, a woody sort of smell, hot and burning and inviting. or maybe you're not a freak and you're just looking for him. either way, yingxing's door is locked. ]
